Video appointment

The Victims Assistance Program uses Health Direct Video Call as our video appointment platform. Video calls are secure; your privacy is protected. You have your own private video room, that only authorised practitioners can enter. You will not be able to see other clients in the waiting room, and they won’t be able to see you.
